Two Elections, Two Runoffs, July 26
There are two runoff elections for DeKalb County Tax Commissioner on July 26, 2016.
All voters are eligible to vote in the runoffs.
Voters who voted in the elections on May 24 must stay with the party they voted on May 24.
To vote TWICE for Susannah Scott, ask for a Democratic ballot.
Early Voting - In person at the Voter office on Memorial Drive, July 5 - 22, Monday through Friday only, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Bring photo ID.
Absentee Voting - by mail. Apply at https://www.mvp.sos.ga.gov/MVP
Identification is not required for voting by mail.

History: Two Elections May 24
and Voting Information
There are two elections for DeKalb County Tax Commissioner on May 24, 2016.
After Tax Commissioner Claudia Lawson retired effective December 31, 2015, the DeKalb County Attorney determined that a special election is required to fill the remaining time in her term which ends December 31, 2016. The non-partisan Special Election will be held May 24, 2016.
The Primary Election for the next four-year term for Tax Commissioner is also on May 24.
Susannah Scott will stand for election in both the Special Election and the Democratic Primary Election.
Voters must be registered by April 25, 2016.
